Annual Stewardship

2010 STEWARDSHIP CAMPAIGN:
"STEPPING UP"

Our 2010 theme, "Stepping Up," reflects what so many of you have done this past year with your time and your pledges. "Stepping Up" also represents what our congregation must do again this year. In the face of tough economic times, people look even more than usual to the missions NYAPC provides to help meet their spiritual and material needs. Meeting those needs means we have dedicated staff and a comfortable building; we create uplifting music at worship each week; we keep the lights on in the evening for a wide range of activities; and we offer intellectual and spiritual nourishment through activities such as the McClendon Scholar-in-Residence program and weekend retreats at Meadowkirk. As a congregation we are disciples in the world, in the nation, and in the neighborhood, supporting members and non-members alike with remarkable depth, breadth, and diversity.

The Stepping Up Stewardship Campaign officially began October 4 and concluded November 15. If you have not yet responded, please prayerfully consider your pledge and return it (via offering plate, mail to the church or email to Kitty Smith at kathryn.smith@nyapc.org). It is never too late to pledge!
